Studio accommodation

Each person stays in a private, self-contained room, with their own bathroom and kitchen. The focus is on safety, dignity and having a stable base to work from.

  • Secure entry and visitor processes
  • Essential furniture and linen provided

Temporary Accommodation

Stays are time-limited and goal-focused – designed to bridge the gap between crisis and more sustainable housing options. We work with people and their existing supports to ensure the time with us leads to meaningful next steps.

  • Short-term crisis stays while long-term housing is arranged
  • Support to prepare for private or social rental

Onsite case management

Every person is linked with a worker who coordinates supports, maintains communication, and helps break larger goals into achievable steps.

  • Initial safety and needs check within 48 hours
  • Housing and support plan within 72 hours
  • Regular check-ins and case meetings

Connections beyond the stay

We focus on long-term outcomes, not just the stay itself. Our team helps people transition into their next home and maintain stability once they leave.

  • Support with rental applications and inspections
  • Warm connections to health, mental health and DFV services
  • Links to NDIS, training and employment providers
How we work

From referral to stable housing

We partner closely with all the local housing offices so participants don’t fall through the gaps between services.

1
Referral. We review risks and the supports we can offer to make sure the client is fully equipped from day one.
2
Move-in & orientation. Participants are welcomed onsite, shown their room and shared spaces, and introduced to key staff and house guidelines.
3
Housing outcome. We support clients through their journey to move onto the private market – building up their rental applications and scheduling their property inspections.
